Ways to reach us
- Ways to reach us
- WhatsApp, phone, email or the plan form
- Where to find them
- Header and footer of every page
- Who reads it
- A planner, not a machine
- Most popular
Our favourite too: most of our travellers prefer WhatsApp, and so do we. It's quick and it works across time zones.
- Send anything: a voice note, a photo of a hotel you liked, or a screenshot of your flight times.
- Right through the journey: once you start planning, your planner will usually stay in touch this way until your last day.
Phone
If you'd rather talk: a ten-minute conversation often does more than a dozen emails, especially when you're still deciding between, say, Udaipur and the desert.
- Missed us: we'll ring back.
- At your hour: message us to book a call at a time that suits you.
- Good for: longer questions, sharing documents, and travellers who like everything in writing.
- A named reply: a named planner answers, so you always know who you're speaking to.
The plan form
On every page: each page on this site ends with a short form that goes straight to our planning team.
- What it asks: your dates, how long you have, who is travelling and what draws you.
- Best if: you already have an idea of your trip. Our plan my journey page explains what happens next.
When you'll hear back
Time zones work for you: India runs five and a half hours ahead of GMT, so a message sent on a European evening is often answered before you wake.
Outside our hours: your message will be waiting for the first planner in the morning.
- First reply
- Within one working day, usually sooner
- Your route
- Normally within a day of talking
- Festival days
- A little slower, still within a working day
- While travelling
- Urgent messages answered at any hour
- Festival days: on Diwali or Holi we may be a little slower, but you'll still hear from us within one working day.
- What the first reply holds: ideas, honest advice on timing and a few questions.
- After we've spoken: your planner sends a route with hotels and rooms, normally within a day.
- No strings: there's no obligation and no payment until you approve the plan.
- On the road: your planner and our support team are on call day and night, and urgent messages are answered at any hour.
Planner hours
Every day of the week: planners are available from 9am to 9pm India Standard Time.
- Every day
- 9am to 9pm India time
- Time zone
- IST, GMT plus five and a half hours
- During your journey
- On call day and night
- Booking a call
- Message us with a time
- Write any time: a message sent late at night is read first thing the next morning.
- Once you travel: the hours no longer apply. Your planner and the support team answer day and night.
What to include in your first message
Your dates: rough dates or the month you're considering. If you're flexible, say so. Our best time to visit guide explains how the seasons differ.
Your nights: how many you have in India, and whether Rajasthan is the whole trip or part of a longer one.
- Who is travelling: a couple, a family with children and their ages, friends, or several generations.
- What you want most: tigers, palaces, the desert, food, textiles, a festival, or simply rest.
- Your pace: early starts and full days, or slow mornings and long lunches.
- Hotels: any you already love or would like to try, and the kind of room that matters to you.
- Anything to plan around: mobility, dietary needs, a celebration, or a flight already booked.
- How to reply: WhatsApp, a call or email, and the best time to reach you.
If you're still dreaming
See how a route comes together: our signature journeys.
- Read about each city as we know it: the destinations guides.
- Practical questions: the Rajasthan travel FAQ covers visas, money, health and what to pack.
- Who you'll be speaking to: read our story and meet our planners and guides.
Feedback, changes and concerns
During your journey: message your planner directly. Most problems are easiest to fix on the spot.
After you return: write to us at the email address in the footer.
- Every message answered: we read each one and reply personally.
- Formal complaints: the process is set out in our booking conditions.
- Your details: we use them only to reply and to plan your journey. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
