When you'd like to travel
Seasons change everything: Rajasthan in January and Rajasthan in May are different places.
- The pattern: winter is cool and clear, the monsoon turns Udaipur green, and the hot months suit only certain routes.
- If you're flexible: tell us and we'll suggest the best window. Our guide to the best time to visit explains the seasons.
- Festivals: we'll mention any that fall on your dates.
How long you have
Nights decide places: the number of nights sets how many places we can include without rushing.
Who is travelling
Different trips, different Rajasthans: a honeymoon, a family with young children and friends celebrating a birthday all need different hotels, rooms, pace and guides.
- Children: tell us their ages.
- Health and mobility: anything we should plan around.
What draws you
- The options: palaces and forts, tigers and leopards, the desert, food, textiles, a festival, wellness, or simply rest.
- Then the detail: choose the closest option on the form, and use the message box for the one thing you must see or do.
How you like to travel
The part we value most: a few sentences here tell us more than any list of sights.
- Questions to answer: do you wake early? Do you like long lunches? Are four-hour drives restful or tiring?
- Palace or haveli: do you prefer a grand palace or a small family-run haveli?

Tell us how you travel
- How it starts: a short call or a few WhatsApp messages about your dates, your pace and the one thing you must see.
- Honest from the start: your planner asks a few questions and will tell you if a month is too hot or a route too long.
We draw your Rajasthan
- Within a day: a route with hotels, rooms and the hour each place is at its best.
- With reasons: why each night is where it is, why a particular palace hotel or haveli, and which room to ask for.
Shape it together
- Change anything: add a night in the desert, swap a city, slow the pace, or add a cooking class or a private dinner.
- Your yes first: nothing is booked until you say yes.
Travel with us beside you
- On the road: a private car, guides born in each city, and your planner on call day and night.
- Who does what: our page on our planners and guides explains it.
What happens after you send the form
Straight to Jaipur: your message goes to our planning team. It is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
A real reply: a planner replies within one working day, usually sooner, by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

- The first reply: ideas, honest advice on timing and a few questions, or an offer of a short call.
- Your route: after we've spoken, your planner sends a hand-drawn route with hotels and rooms, normally within a day.
- Change it freely: as many times as you like. There is no charge for planning.
- The quote: when you're happy, we confirm availability and send a written quote. Deposits, balances and cancellation terms are in our booking conditions.
- Before you travel: everything in one place: your route, hotel details, guide and chauffeur arrangements, and how to reach your planner.
If you'd like a starting point
Signature journeys: our signature journeys are routes we know work beautifully, from a first visit to the forts and palaces to slow journeys through the lakes of Mewar.
Use one as it is: or as the start of something of your own.
- With family: look at Rajasthan for families.
- Just the two of you: try honeymoon journeys.
- Thinking about budget: our guide to the cost of a luxury Rajasthan journey explains what drives the price before we quote.
Our honest advice before you write
Two nights minimum: allow at least two nights in each main city.
- Long drives: plan them with care, and let us use a flight or a train where it saves a day.
- Leave space: keep one afternoon in every three free. Rajasthan is intense, and the quiet hours on a palace terrace are often what people remember most.
- Tell us the small things: a birthday, a dislike of early starts or a love of street food. That's how a good route becomes yours.
